Problems extending domain

I'm having big problems with extending my domain.

The domain was expired yesterday and when I extend it on the panel, I saw we get it for free 'due tot the
activity on the board'.
So yeahhhh, great!

However, a few hours later, I received an e-mail:

Domain refused
Your application for the domain pspdreamland.com unfortunately refused. This was done for the following reason:
The Forum and / or the domain name in violation of our Terms of Use.

I went to the Dutch board from 'actieforum' (we are a Dutch forum) and asked what the problem was, because we have been around 2 years without any problems.
But no answer at all

Then I decided to buy credits, because I was afraid that the domain name otherwise would be gone.
So I bought 2000 credits but when I try to buy the domain, it is not possible.

Again asked on the Dutch support board for help, but still nothing.

So *please please please* can you help me?

Over 100 members now see that the board is probably closed and I run out of ideas what I can do to extend the domain.

Hope you can help me.

The reason is already mentioned. Looking at your domain name, what did your forum contain psp hacks?

We are a Paint Shop Pro forum and we follow the copyright rules, so everything is according the rules. No hacks or illegal stuff at all.

The specific reason isn't mentioned, it only says 'violation terms of use', but not what violations and I can't think of any we are violating.

Last year there wasn't any problem and I never received an e-mail of any problem or complaint.

So I don't know what is going on and how to fix it

That site is opening for me. Why do you think its refused?

Yesterday it wasn't opening and and I got the e-mail from www.actieforum.com that the domain was refused because of the violation of terms of use.

I didn't get an email that it was extended, only that it was refused and when I go to godaddy.com it also says 'expire 6 jan '12'.

It aren't really erotic lessons, it is slightly (very slightly) erotic, but no problem. I will remove those.

When they are removed (it will be done in an hour) how can I ask for extendig the domain?
As up today, we lost the name, so we very much want it back as soon as possible.

All is fixed. The category is removed from the board.

Sorry, but nothing can be done from here. You can try booking it through the admin panel.

Must I do something different for this? Because the normal way (spending credits) is not possible:
I go to 'spend credits'
then 'domain'
'spend credits' again

and then i'm rederected again to spend credits.

So it is not possible through the admin panel, at least, not the usual way.

Can I do something else?

I can't really say, because we never book domain names here. You can try booking the domain name after a while. If it does not work tomorrow, we will see what to do next.

to keep it.
That's why I want to fix it as soon as possible.

I think the admin panel doesn't work at this point, because I extended the domain already last thursday (and was refused), so this possibility is no longer available.

But I try to be patience and wait till tomorrow

Huh? I removed it all, not only the topics, but the whole category.
And I can't see it anymore in the index, I removed it all on saturday as soon as I heard that was the problem.

Owww I'm so sorry... just spoke to my colleague and she says there was something still on the board.
I was so sure I removed it all, but I forgot 1 thing, it was only the name and nothing in it.

We removed it, didn't put it in the basket, but removed it.

Some things, such as URLs in automatic mails still refer to the domain name (that can't be reached) and a new moderator can't be made full moderator in the admin panel So it's a bit of a mess now.

At first when I tried to extend the domain a week ago, I got the message it was free because of the activity on the board, but because of the problems, we decided to buy the credits (I think that was last saturday). So if we have to pay for it now with credits, it is no problem at all, because we already bought them.
