Member Requests not showing up

Post by True-Love-IchiHichi on January 6th 2012, 11:18 pm

One member had tried to register for my forum.

I did not get the registration email I was supposed to get, so I could not approve her request to join.

And each additional time she tried to make an account it said either that the username is taken or the email address is taken.

I was wondering if there is any way to check the registration requests in the administartion panel? (seeing as it will not show up in my email)

And is there any way to cancel waiting approvals that I did not get so she can use her orginal username and address?

Thank you!

EDIT: Now the request finally went through and she's a member, but when I tried to change her username to the one she orginally wanted it said the username was already taken. There is no user with the name she wants. There are still no messages for her orginainal requests or any way to cancel the requests (that I know of) so that she can get the username.

Check the Inactive Users list:

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Inactive Users
