ReviewForums

General - Average
I noticed that you have a superfluous amount of usergroups. Having excessive amounts of usergroups is detrimental to the appearance and organization of your forum. I suggest first merging your "Managers" group and "Community Moderators" groups together. Your site currently has a small member base and so you don't need any hierarchical structure in your moderators lineup.
Also, I don't see any need for a "Chatbox Mod" usergroup or "Designers" usergroup. You can assign chatbox mods from your Managers groups. And there is absolutely no need for a review site to have a designers group. Try giving out these titles through the Ranks system (which will also increase your site's appeal if your rank images look good). The "Test Moderators" group also adds to the clutter. If you find it necessary, hide that group.
And since your site is about reviewing, I'm wondering why the Review Staff on your site has no members besides the group moderator. Since your site is about reviewing, I'd consider it pretty critical to at least have a review team.
I'd like to add that there should be a lot more members than staff. The ratio of staff to users is perfect right here on the ESF. Model your site's staff structure like the one here for usergroup perfection. Wink

There isn't a lot of members and the active members are even less. You need to work on recruiting members and finding users who will contribute high-quality and meaningful content to your site.

Now regarding to your forum activity, it could be improved. Most of the forum sections are empty or lacking recent posts. Each section should have new content everyday. If not, then you should compress, merge, and eliminate unneeded sections. We'll take more about this later in the review.

Graphics & Layout - Average
Your graphics on your site has good and bad points. First off, I like your skin changer, but I think you could have done some more variety with the different themes.
For this part of the review, I'll just be reviewing your default skin. Moving to your header, I don't see a banner. Banners are quite important to any website, as it is the first thing someone will see when they visit your website. A banner is crucial in attracting members to your site and it needs to inspire awe. After you've added a banner, I recommend you hide the Site Title from the header for a more professional appearance.

Now to the NavBar. The "Home" and "Login" buttons are not properly aligned with the rest of the buttons. The "Play Now" button doesn't match the rest of the set and sticks out like a sore thumb. I suggest to add a "Play Now" graphic as a widget if you can't create a "Play Now" Navbar button that matches the other Navigation buttons.

Now as said above, I believe you have too many forum sections. It creates a level and feeling of disorganization and intimidation which will drive members away. And also, as I said before, each forum section should have new content everyday. Thus, I highly recommend compressing sections together or eliminating sections that are not necessary.
I do like how you've added forum icons to each forum category; they contribute to a nice, modern look.

Your pop-up welcome message's background color is too dark for viewers to easily read. Try the color's you've selected for the rest of your site. I think they would work nicely. Also, for some additional tips on the welcome message, I suggest playing with font sizes and adding maybe some graphics to liven the look.A pop-up's goal is to attract someone's attention - so make sure your pop-up is interesting! Wink

I noticed too much white space on the left side of your board. If you're seeing white space, that means you don't have enough widgets. Some quick ideas for widgets: you search up many cool widget codes on Google for you to use. Also, you can try making a widget with helpful links to places you have on the site.

Remember that in order for your site to be able to give reviews about other sites, your own site's appearance needs to be top-notch and perfect! Wink

Overall, a good work in progress and I see you've made some big steps since your last review.
Keep it up!
