Scrolling names

Hi. I'm looking to put a list of names on the homepage of my forum, and would like the list to Scroll up continously. Is there a way of doing this.

Add them in an annoucement and activate scroll.

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Announcements

Activate annoucnement.
Choose which pages which will have it.
Choose the scroll direction.
Create a new announcment and add the list.

Thanks got that working. But its there anyway of putting the names on the side of the homepage. Something like the latest topics would be ideal.

So add the code in a forum widget.
