'Review Accepted' Coding for something simular? Empty 'Review Accepted' Coding for something simular?

On the review service, the staff use 'Your review will be completed in..... hours'. It is like a rectangular box, green background and the forumotion logo. I would like something similar to this that I can post in my forum. If possible I would like to have two versions, a green one with a tick and red one with a cross. I need a textbox in it so I can write text, but I will do that myself.

*Edit - Thanks for the link to a tutorial, very helpful - but can someone tell me where to post the BB/HTML/CSS code for my headers into the code? Would I do this at the top, the bottom, the middle? Or is it part of the background colour?*
