In progress West Yorkshire 4x4 Response

Post by R5oss January 12th 2012, 11:07 am

We are a Charitable Group of Volunteer Responder 4x4 Drivers, active in the county of West Yorkshire, England, providing 4x4 drivers with vehicles they own to assist the Emergency Services, out-of-hours Doctors and District Nurses in adverse weather conditions.

Our Forum (WY4x4R.Forumotion) disappeared without warning mid morning on Tuesday 10th Jan., and had been in use since September 2011.

We now get redirected to adf.ly by OnlineGuardian.

Can someone please explain this ?.

Mike Ross - WY009, Group Secretary, West Yorkshire 4x4 Response.

Yes, we've seen that and sent it, but why have we been 'accused, tried, found guilty and sentenced' without the "Right to Reply and/or Face our Accuser" ?.

Please tell us, so that we know which law/rule/protocol has been breached so that we can learn and remedy this.

Sorry, but i cannot confirm anything on this issue. Because, we don't work of online guardian.

You can check the TOS of forumotion & find out what rule have you breached.

Hi, for quicker access, see this link: http://www.onlineguardian.net/results.php?verify=wy4x4r.forumotion.co.uk

The reason why your forum has been banned is because it breached our terms of service. As Sanket has stated, we cannot confirm exactly what part of the TOS the forum broke.

All you can do is go through the TOS, and if you think the forum has absolutely NOT broken the TOS, then are you able to contest the decision. Smile

Thanks Base.

TOS:
Onlineguardian has banned "wy4x4r.forumotion.co.uk " hosted on forumotion.com due to the violation of terms of services. The possible deletion reasons are as following :

Violent or repulsive content
Hateful or abusive content
Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
Sexual and/or pornographic content
Harmful and dangerous acts
Copyright infringment
Spam
Phishing and/ or malware website
Credit card fraud
Hacking

This list of 10 possible causes does not help us at all to identify the "alleged" breach/s.

Can you give myself and our Founder 'read only' access so that we can at least attempt to identify the "alleged" breach/s. Our Group has been suffering various attempts to disrupt/impede our operation, so the Forum may have been tampered with as part of this campaign.

Mike.

I am, and other staff members are, unable to provide any further details or read-only access since we don't work for Onlineguardian. Of course, as I said before, if your forum truly didn't break our terms of service then you have the right to contest the decision.

You should explain the situation there rather than here. Smile
