A bug

I have a website that is not yet completed (Domain works, just I'm not ready to publish it) and I sent a test email to my Google Email and it worked, but when I tried to send an email to my Custom Domain Name E-mail it would let me. I got this message below.

I logged into my Gmail account and it gave me that message that it won't let emails be sent to that email. It's not Google's fault. The webmail won't receive any message, but will let you send messages.
