reply separator line (to faint)

When people reply to messages in the forum you can hardly see the separator line. i would like to make this a darker blue..is this possible..?

With the script below, you'll change your full wrap color:

And what are the steps to do this? Sorry im just getting use to all this. great help

Admin panel -> Display -> Colors (Under Pictures & Colors on the left side) -> CSS Stylesheet -> copy and paste the above and hit submit.

Ive done this and i still cant get a darker separtor from each individual post?

I just noticed this is a problem on my own forum. The posts run together because the background is black. I'm waiting to see how this is resolved as well.
