Infringement issues.

This site is infringing on my copyright. Via: http://www.thedeaddontdie.com/forums/index.phpI feel that it is too close to our site name. It also CLEARLY has the intention of copying some of the forums within it. If you compare you can see what I'm talking about.
I've provided an image so you can see what I mean:

This is disheartening because I have gone into alot of work on thedeaddontdie forum's and website. And for someone to simply copy it?

This page also shows intent and/or condoning infringement of files that are not owned exclusively by the person who has put up and manages this page.
Mods for games are infringing on code copyrights and I know they have posted some.
Please if you could resolve this issue as soon as you can that would be great,

Yes I read that, but from the looks of things it goes directly to them? How is that helping? I believe that this is a matter that they can simply "say" they sorted it when they never.

what are you having a problem with?
Make sure any screen shots are direct image links only.

Other then that please explain what part you are having a problem with and what error message is coming up if any.

What forum is yous, forumotion or the phpbb one.
If your forum is forumotion and the one you are reporting is on phpbb.
Then you will have to report this to phpbb.. Forumotion Litigation only deals with potential violations on forumotion forums.

Now if you own the phpbb forum and are saying a forumotion forum is in violation, Then yes you want to report it to forumotion litigation

I own the PHPBB forum. and the Forummotion one is in violation on serveral accounts. posting games. music etc. available for download no less.

Reporting forums is no longer done on the support forum. That has changed. All you need to do is fill in the report form from the link Sanket gave you and that will be sent to our litigation team. That would be the best solution.

Ok. Secondly. How long until action is taken on a complaint? Will I be notified?

Hello,

All reports are looked at and if the case is true, action will be taken. There isn't a time frame since it all depends on the amount of reports they have. No one will contact you for updates or results.
