What is a template and how do I use one?
Because I'm the forum founder of my forum (phpBB2) and it just says (spoiler) that I need credits to use templates, so I'm just wondering what exactly they do.

Strange. To phpBB2 forums should not appear that. phpBB2 & PunBB forums have templates editable. Confused
