hey.. i have a BAD problem on my site! only some topics you can post on! the others wont work! ive checked and its not on holiday.. weat shoudl i do?

Check here:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Forums & Categories
Check each forum to see if the permission boxes are check for reply to message and open message.
