In progress How do I add a BUTTON to my forum?

Well, I've been looking around and I couldn't figure out, at all HOW to add a button, and a link to that button to a new un-used page ON my forum? Am I making sense :X? If not lets say next to all the buttons on-top of the forum page; log in, portal, profile, etc, I'd like to add to that @3@

To add buttons and links to the navigation menu, please go here:

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation

Try going here.

Admin Panel>Display>Headers & Navigation>Nav Links>Add a customized menu

Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but I think it is.
