What I thought about when I first came into the forum is about its simplicity, most of the design/appearance part are to be rated as simple at first glance, its a 1 dimensional forum when it comes to design since there's no much colors to be seen on the forum other than dark colors but that doesn't mean a negative point on the forum, it's nice to be simple, but we'll see in the latter part of the review if the forum needs more improvement or just fine as it is.

So starting with the major graphics of the forum, first with the banner part, I must say that it really looks simple but nice, I'm not sure if its the default one or not but I suggest putting up a banner that relates mainly with the forum because the banner represents the forum, the navigation bars are simple but nothing wrong about that, it just needs to be centered so that it can be easily noticed, the other graphics(new posts, no new posts & forum is locked icons) are just fine for the forum, forum favicon doesn't seem to fit with the forum seems this is a dark forum and you're having a reddish favicon which doesn't look appropriate.

The theme for your forum is fine and simple as I described earlier, nice choice. No more further comments when it comes to the forum's theme.
