Constant conneting problems are forcing us to quit forumotion.
I'll tell a bit of history briefly. We've been a small but very active forum or friends for more than 4 years. (http://tennis.forumotion.com/) Everything was going fine until around 3 month ago. Two users (one of them is forum's admin) started to expirience problems with connection. Usually all they saw was a blank page. It didn't work for them, then worked, they again didn't and so on, until a week ago when it finally died. In an interesting way. It loads page well but after a try to log in it says literrally "your access to this forum is denied". There is no single user or address banned, of course. Can someone with access to the logs look up a try to log in of user "julia" from "IP Removed ~ MrMario" that took place at 12:16 GMT.
What unites the two users who has troubles is that they're both from Kazakhstan. I clicked on the Russian support forum link and found out there were a lot of problems especially from that country. That russian engine (forum2x2.ru) is somehow related to forumotion?
I understand that most certanly nothing can be made, but I want to be sure I tried to save the forum we loved till the end.

I'm sorry your members and your forum went through this, now are you really going to quit Forumotion, or is that a decision that will soon be made. And if I understand only the two members from Kazakhstan have experienced these technical issues, am I correct.
As for me I can view the forum just fine, although I don't understand a thing. I hate that you are forced to leave Forumotion's services, after all your forum look like it had quite some activity.

Hello,
Please don't provide IP's in public. I'm not really sure what you mean about this issue. Could you please explain more?

I know exactly. One of the main admins has removed your rights. There is no need to come here and say your going to quit Forumotion for something it didn't do.

I provided adress of my forum, user's nickname, user's IP (to help you to find in logs, it's dynamic anyway), exact time when the user was unable to log in.
what else is needed?
