Solved Navigation bar

Post by DemonWreckage on Tue Jan 24, 2012 6:40 pm

Hello,

I'm wondering about my Navibar, Some uses a "rollover" image on them, so i'm not sure how to make that myself
i've tried testing a skin with it, but ofcourse it will just be one image.

As its a html code i use for this, i can't just put it under the Pics management area.
And is it usable with PHP2/3?

Thanks!

Regards

Hi
Remove your navigations out of Admin panel and add them all
through CSS. Also go to Display >> Headers and navigations
>> Display only images in nav bar: YES

Do this for the static image:
Code:
#i_icon_mini_index {
background-image: url('IMAGE LINK GOES HERE');
width: XYpx;
height: XYpx;
}

And than this for hover:
Code:
#i_icon_mini_index:hover {
background-image: url('IMAGE HOVER LINK GOES HERE');
width: XYpx;
height: XYpx;
}

Do it for all navigations, just change the end of #i_icon_mini

Like this:
_portal {
_portal:hover {

This is for the rest of navigations:
_profile
_calendar
_gallery
_message
_new_message
_register
_login
_logout
_search
_faq

Jup, you're wrong, you'll add them all to your AP > Display > Colors > CSS
Every navigation one by one, first the default and than the hover. And you'll be sure to change XY with your images height & width.
