Solved How to disable private messaging for one user?

I was wondering how to do it? Because someone was advertising and I don't want to ban them just for that I only want to disable that users private messaging.

Go to their profile //look for Administrate user : Profile - Ban this member // Clicj profile , then look for disabled PM's
