Solved glowing new pm

dear friend i want that when members are revisit forum they see tat message (you have a new message ) glowing. how can i do this ? help .thanks in advance Question

How do you mean ?
Glowing at navigation or ?
If you want in navigation , u just make new pitcure and add it Smile
If you want , i think you can add Javascript so when u have new message , some jox jump out with message 'You have new message'
