Solved Lost Password

I've lost my password to my forums and when i go to recover it, it saids something about cant because the security settings. How can i fix this?

Hi i am admin and i am new on forums i lost my pasword and now i dono what to do i read the help page but i cant send staff , i am french maybe i understood wrong can u help me plz Hello
