pls Help me....i Lost My admin Password

hello Forumation admin..pls help
..me lost admin password

i tryed : "i forgot my password" option useing my email

but its showing like this message

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"

then how can retrive my lost password ?
