I have put a pop up chatbox to my forum and when members write and send a message a sound sounds how i remove it?

Probably because you used a third party chatbox.

That is one of the features of the pop up chatbox v2, if you don't want that feature then don't install it.

I have this problem too, but pop-up chat is much bettter than the regular.
And how i can use that LG chat? I install it and then what?

You install it then use it

LG Chat has the feature to be able to save conversations. So you and your moderators can view those saved conversations.
