website and domain issue

Greetings, I need help regarding my forum. The domain expired and I used credits to renew. I thought all was good to go, but that apparently that didn't work. I cannot access my forum. I keep getting transfered to GoDaddy. When I called their customer support, they told me to contact you due to the fact that my original email and contact info had changed, and I can no longer retrieve any of that data. I have had this site now for 4 years. If I am required to pay for a domain renewal, I will, but I have to be able to access the admin to be able to renew. Please help!!

It says that your domain expired on the 28th of January. When did you renew it?

That day or the day after. As of right now, my site seems to be up and running. Not sure if the renewal process worked or what. I'll post back here if any more problems arise.
