"Posting As" with the option to change

If this is in the wrong area, I apologize.

On other sites, I've seen a line that shows up when you're posting, telling you what s/n you're posting as. It then allows you to change who you're signed in as without losing your post. Is there an option for that here?

That's not what I meant, really. I'm asking if there's a way for you to change from one s/n you own to another before you've posted. After posting, it's too late, which is part of the problem.
