Right to Left Languages: Farsi is not really Farsi

I've created a forum and chosen it to be Farsi. But it's 10% Farsi and 90% Arabic!

First of all, How can I completely change it to English?

and the second question, how can I translate English words and sentences of the forumotion to Farsi, so the Farsi part would be really Farsi?!

Are you trying to have like a option of the language of the forums?


You can always use Google Translator. I believe, Forumotion doesn't have these features.

Hi, to completely change your forum's language, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Configuration (on the left, under Forum)
4. Select 'Default Language : English'

Do the same in your profile preferences.

and now, the next step:
I want to get it ready for my visitors; my Farsi speaker visitors; and we want to use it for Farsi, write Right to Left, and we want every thing to be Farsi.

How can I help to translate?

You know? "English" is the international language, not Arabic. and it's the same, here in Iran. If a term or phrase has not translated to Farsi, we prefer to see it in English not Arabic. we know English more than Arabic (most of us, know almost no Arabic).

How you guys help us on that?

1) Setting default of non-translated phrases to English
2) Show us a way to translate more and more to Farsi
