Text Editor Control Buttons Empty Text Editor Control Buttons

Is there anyway to change the Text editor's control buttons? I have a few I'd like to change and one in particular to a different image button, the "Switch Editor Mode" button. I believe it has a mouseover button so when WYSIWYG is on its a different color button.

To change the control buttons, turn of the HTML editor mode...
