Solved Upload SWF file?

Hello,
im not good at html or javascript so it would be good if someone could explain it very easily how to upload a SWF file to my forum? It's ofc okay to upload it on a html or javascrtipt page so i can link it.

Hi,

You can use external services like http://www.swfcabin.com/ or http://www.megaswf.com/ etc to upload SWF files and link them to your forum pages or posts.
