Members can choose your colors

Hello,

I would create a button which when i click , i can change color of my forum, to show me a bar of many colors and i chance whichever i like.

like this -->
at home page.

This is good because members can choose whatever color you want...

I have punbb and i want chanced when the member chance color, this --> .main .main-foot, .main .main-head ...

this can already be done with java and CSS
