Why Are You guys Taking My site Down?

Alright well To begin With Why are We Getting This When There Is'nt ANY "Illegal Hacking" On Are Forum?

The Only Items On this Forum are Mods For The Wii, Example: Call Of Duty: Black Ops Mods "Moon Jump", These are not illegal So why are we getting this waring with out The Admins Of Forum motion Even looking to see if it was illegal to begin with. I've Just bought the Domain name Just to come and find out that My Forum is being taken down For Please Take this warning off We've done nothing wrong and have respected The TOS
Also There are children reporting The forum as illegal because We dont support Their Forum and so They come in groups and Report Website name JustModz.com

I suggest that you remove mods of any type since that could count to Forumotion as illegal software use.

Other than that, the report abuses in your admin panel are sent to you by members (not Forumotion)

Also there might be other items (including the mods) that is breaking the Terms of Service. I would have all the staff members go through the whole forum.

I say that the mods may be the only content that violates the TOS, however, I wpuld ask that your team of staff check the rest of the forum, just to make sure.

The thing that sticks out the most is the mods. ForumotIon doesn't allow them.

Here i am thinking he has until September 9 2012, So i was thinking it had to be a mistake of some sort, But now i remember Europeans have their dates backwards all the time.. lol (silly)

To answer the question about a refund, I do not think you will get a refund if your forum was in violation of TOS, But a admin would have to confirm this,just be sure to remove anything that may be in violation along with moderating all new content being posted and you should be fine

Oh it looks that you have a reported abuse to.
So check that report that was sent to your report abuses and take care of the problem.
May be that's what was reported to forumotion as well???

You deleted 5 categories about hacking on Mon 30 Jan 2012, so you're supposed to know what was illegal on your forum...

You didn't need to remove the mods if it was not illegal. At the end of the warning countdown, if all the illegal content has been removed, you don't have to fear to see your forum banned.
