ok simple questions here

1) what is the proper speed settings of the scroll speed and what are the number ranges

2) what is the proper way to set the color for the txt is it done in the code itself, and if so whats the proper line code for it (meaning where does the color code go and how is it entered into the line itself

Hi,

1) The ideal speed of scrolling would be 50 or so. You can try different number to find the best for you.

2) To change announcement text color, you can use the extended editor. Hit the button above the text area for more options.

Changing 5 to 10 numbers won't make difference. Try big differences like 50 or 500 or 1000 etc. You will see change in speed.

Scrolling speed : Limit :
The text moves at the pixel number rate indicated in seconds.

is what i change right? and if it is at 999 (which is as high as i can go) it still moves fairly slow...

1) The ideal speed is 60. If you have many announcments like mine, then you might wanna change the speed to 100.

2.) To change the text, either use HTML, or switch off HTML mode and change the color using NON-HTML Code

The html mode is like this:

The non-html mode is like this:(THIS WILL BE A BIT EASY)

Hope this helps Very Happy
