Forgot admin password- followed procedure and still here 24hrs later

Forgot admin password- followed procedure and still here 24hrs later.

Ok, followed procedure eg: posted twice or more, sent pm to management. Unfortuatly still here 24hrs later, I was just in the middle of setting up my new forum.
My pm is in the outbox not sent box is that normal?

Hi, you need to be patient. When the person opens your PM, they will send a new password to you. Please make sure that you can your emails for a response.

PMs in the outbox simply mean that they have not been read yet. When they have been read, they will automatically be moved to the sentbox.

Thanks Base, its just that I have a number of people waiting to start using the forum & I can't give them the address until I have finnished sorting it.
