Your site won't be back unless legitimate proof can be provided that proves that your forum didn't break Forumotion's Terms of Service. If no good hard evidence can be provided, it's permanently deleted. Wink

It's possible that you will up until the point that it was banned.

However, if your forum really dealt with hack like your URL says, then it's most likely not going to be unbanned. Wink

It's not illegal however Forumotion counts it as illicit material, this is why your forum may have been banned. Another forum is in the point of being removed because the administrator allowed mods. If your forum is not unbanned, the only thing you will be able to do is rebuild your forum from scratch.

Please don't post URL's leading to site's that contain those types of contents.

And as BryanR said, those contents you had broke Forumotion's Terms of Service. Wink

It's already been deleted. Until there's hard legitimate proof that your forum didn't break the Terms of Service, it will eventually just be forgotten/archived.

First of all this topic now seems useless, I just wanna say, why do you guys save or archive forums that break the TOS, besides, he says you guys may take the next steps and delete the forum.

Forumotion saves it because if legitimate proof can be provided, then they can restore it. However, even requesting that it just be deleted won't have it deleted, it will delete on it's own time Wink

No, there is no phone number to call Forumotion. Also, their headquarters are in France. Wink
