Drogba921 or MrMario ... Please Help!?

I am trying to find this skin but am having a hard time. I see that Drogba921 and MrMario are current members on said site and theme experts on Forumotion. Is there anyway to get this theme on my site? I am literally in love with this clean slate looking theme. It's insane, props %150 to the creator.

The theme is not going to be given away, sorry, but there's not way. You need to make your own.

The skin that you like is not on Hitskin or any place other then that site. I know that Rocker92 wouldn't like it if someone stole it. Also please in the future don't create topics with my username to get my attention.
