Is there a way I can make my forum private so that only members can view the posts, etc.?

And if so, can I make the rules/regulations availabele so that everyone can read them without being a member (or signing in)?

AP > General > Forum > Categories and forums > Click Edit next to the forum you want to set permissions for and than click on the tab Permissions and set them.
