Bottom of the page way too much to the left (how to fix it ?)

Pleae help i dont know why is that but bottom of my index page is as i said in title and you can see on image way too much to the left other pages are fine only troubles are with index page, how to fix it ?

No its not look on the index page of my forum bottom is still way to the left, simply nothing changed ..

ok but its look like the code you gave me didnt move the background-image only "jum to" box and forumotion links, anyway to center it with the bg-image ?
