Solved Re: Sub-level links on index question

Post by ANGrey February 8th 2012, 11:30 pm

Hi-

I appreciate the patience you've had with this. Unfortunately, I doubt many of the members of ForuMotion can actually assist you in this matter, because at least for me, it's difficult to discern what you're actually trying to accomplish. I think you want to remove the comma from the image you've provided, but seeing as how I can't read the language it's all in, I can't really help. If you provide a link to your forum and what version you're in, there's a small chance we may be able to help you.

Thanks

Hi-

Yes, in the English language that is referred to as a comma. Now that we know what your issue is, I'm certain someone who can assist you in doing so will help you to remove that symbol. I do not know how though, so good luck!

Solved Re: Sub-level links on index question

Post by enlil February 12th 2012, 2:44 am

hi,

you could add the script :

Code:
$(function() {
  $("div.main div.content").each(function() {
    for(var b = this.childNodes, a = 0;a < b.length;a++) {
      3 == b[a].nodeType && ", " == b[a].nodeValue && this.removeChild(b[a])
    }
  })
});
if you want to keep the space you can use :

Code:
$(function() {
  $("div.main div.content").each(function() {
    for(var b = this.childNodes, a = 0;a < b.length;a++) {
      3 == b[a].nodeType && ", " == b[a].nodeValue && b[a].nodeValue=" "
    }
  })
});
