New support forum!

Post by batman_il on February 12th 2012, 7:53 pm

Hello!
I see that there are other forums for support than that.
So I want to sincerely ask you to do and Bulgarian support forum. If we can create forums Bulgarian should have Bulgarian and support forum.
Personally, I'm Bulgaria and sometimes it's hard to understand and write your answers here.

So really I would be happy to if :wouhou:

Hi,

There can only be an official support forum for a particular language/country if there's a representative/person that can speak French & Bulgarian and works at France(where Forumotion company is located).

Hello!
Frankly, this one does not know. I think I would have done, but the problem is that I'm not from France. Otherwise, translators, I communicated somehow. I think there are many Bulgarians who understand this kind of forums and would have done!
For me no problem to create their own forum to help consumers, but really no one to register it. And really I think that forum is entirely en Bulgarian would be very useful indeed visited! What a Face

Hello,

You won't be able to create a Support Forum since that is done by the employee's of Forumotion. Yes there are support forums that don't have an employee to over see them, but those were created a long time ago when there was an employee that was over seeing them.

Sorry, not much can be done till Forumotion hires someone who can speak it.
