Mod Permissions issue Empty Mod Permissions issue

Post by W2OE_Prodigy February 12th 2012, 9:10 pm

Hey there,

Recently a couple of my moderators have informed me that they are unable to delete threads or even individual posts. Is there a setting that could be preventing them from doing this? I have them labeled as mods and their permissions are all able to moderate those areas. Any ideas of what it could be or where I need to check?

Could you please explain exactly how these Moderators can not do things?

For example: Can not see the buttons.

They can see the buttons, but when they try to delete the post/thread it says "only admin can delete this".

Please don't double/triple post. Your post need to be separated by 24 hours before bumping, replying or adding more information. Please use the edit button instead!
Check the permissions if the group is able to moderate.
