In progress Pop-Up chat box not working?

I read the instructions for FMChat v3 and I must be doing something wrong..
I add the widget, do everything it says, enter the code, and then hit save
Then I put in the CSS Sheet in, and saved.
But then when I go on the forum, the "Popup Chatbox" is a button on the actual page, underneath "Poll"
And it pops out the older chatbox currently on the homepage..
Someone please help.

Make sure you're NOT using it as a table type.

I did all that - but the chatbox appears squashed and messed up - I was wondering if its possible to put it where the original chatbox is, in the footer? :S
