Enable html default for all users

How do I enable html codes automatically for all users new and old?

Edit: I have selected 'allow html' on the configuration tab, but people still have to select allow html individually to see the codes working.

There is no option to turn off/on the HTML in each members' profile. I mean there is no option in the administration panel. You can only turn it on/off for the whole forum.

In preferences, there is a button to 'always allow html'. I had to click that in my profil in order to see html codes functioning instead of just seeing codes in text.

Correct. Each member will need to do themselves. There is no option to turn it on for all members in their profiles.

This for the whole forum, not the members' profiles.

So that setting will allow all members to see hmtl codes in the posts, but not in the profiles of the users?

Members should see it, not the code, if you posted with the HTML activated in your profile when you posted the HTML code.

What i'm trying to do is to post working HTML codes in other people's profiles. Can that be done? So far, it seems only I can see the picture that I post, and everyone else just sees code.

So you are adding something with HTML to members' profiles? What exactly are you adding?

I am adding in pictures with hover text, which can apparently only be accomplished with html, and not bbc on forumotion. I am adding achievement awards into a section labeled 'achievements' which only moderators or admins can modify.
