Gallery Storage and Limit Question

I searched several other posted threads with similar answers and couldn't find my answer.

How do you find out how much space is being used in your gallery? I just added 300 mb and it now reads 620 used at 100% being used so we still can't post. I don't want to keep buying until I know how much more I need to spend.

Also, is there a way to limit the number of photos members can put in the gallery? I have limited the size but some of my members are hogging up all my space and I hate to go through and just delete. (I have asked the offenders to clean up but feel setting a limit could stop this).'

I don't think you can limit how many photos you can have.

Thanks for the reply. This tab shows how much have purchased, it doesn't say how much is currently stored there. I have purchased a total of 620 mb of space and it says it is 100% used.

I need to find out how much is in used so I can decide whether to buy a bit more or have everyone clean out. Thanks!

Again, this only tells me how many photos are there, not how many mb are being used. It only shows how much I have purchased and that it is at 100% usage. I added 300 MB today and it still shows full.

It has around 6000 photos. I need to know how much space these 6000 photos require.

Any thoughts?

We already given you what you need.

Photos sizes are all different. There isn't a fix amount.

It doesn't say how much is currently in use. Only the megabytes purchased(and I was still at 100%).

Thus I took it upon myself and copied the %s of the gallery of the members and put them in excel and the added up the %. This showed I was at 168%. I then surmised that I needed to buy at least double of what I had to have any free space.

Still never told the megabytes in use, but with double the space bought, I have 24% free.

So if anyone else comes across this, all you can do is what I did as the forum DOES NOT tell you how many megabytes are actually being used by members.

This is what I am talking about in the misc tab // storage . If this doesn't answer your question, then no much I can do as this is the only thing that tells us how much is used.

Admin panel is the same for each forum version. Make sure you are in advance mode.
