Solved Removing the Forum top header?

Basically, how do you get rid of this? Is it even possible?

Yes, if you want to get category. Go to : ACP--->General---> Categories And Forum---> Click on Add button---->Choose the kind of forum you want(select category)---->Type the name---->Add forums into it !

After I inserted that, the whole theme just like crashed. Now I can't even have my other CSS in there without the theme being broken.

That's very interesting. I tested it myself on your forum, and it worked fine.
