Removing the Forum top header?

Basically, how do you get rid of this? Is it even possible?

Yes, if you want to get category. Go to : ACP--->General---> Categories And Forum---> Click on button---->Choose the kind of forum you want(select category)---->Type the name---->Add forums into it !

I don't believe he wants to get a category - he probably wants to remove the text in the row (Forum - Topics - Posts - ...),

After I inserted that, the whole theme just like crashed. Now I can't even have my other CSS in there without the theme being broken.
