change the link of forum banner

Ok, so i've a banner on my forum. I will be changing it to someone else's site banner so he can advertise. But the problem is that when someone clicks on the banner, it links to my site, not my friend's site.

SO IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CHANGE THE LINK OF THE MAIN BANNER OF MY FORUM TO SOMEONE ELSE'S SITE?

For phpbb3, I would place a html code in your forums main description, you have to be sure it will fit though, so be sure to use tinyurl for replacing the direct image link and link to your friends forum.

then you will want to remove your banner/logo from your pic's management, Actually do that first.
