Change Title Bar Color On Homepage?

Not sure what this Is named, so here's a screenshot on which I wish to change the color (arrowed), on the bar of my homepage:

It cannot be changed, but you can make a color bar in photoshop and set it as image background for categories

Actually, I just checked the "Modify" part of the categories, and there's no option there to Insert an Image.

Just wondering whether there's another methodology available?

you can change the image here:
Admin panel (advanced) -> Display -> Pics management (advanced) -> General / explore (tab) -> "Background picture (Row title) :" replace this picure (make sure you save the old one in case you want the old one back).
