Members Posting

Is there any way you can disable creating new topics for members in a certain forum, but still allow them to post replies to topics in that forum?

Hello,

yes, it's possibly. Go to the admin panel (advanced) -> general -> categories and forums -> click on the symbol in which forum you want to change the permissons -> click "advanced mode" -> and remove the tick for members in the "Open a topic" field (in the second row).
To allow them to read a topic, check the first row.

If you want members to just have the able to reply to topics, you also need to check the box for Reply to a Message.
