How do I make these special text boxes?

Well let me inform you, those special text boxes are tables, they were customized and created using HTML codes and BBcodes which Forumotion allows and contains.

That thread is a Table. But you must create your own images. I Don't have the exactly code.. i'm so sorry D:

Hi, the others are right. The table was made using BBCode. We won't be giving this code out unfortunately; you will need to make your own.
