How do I stop birthdays from showing up on our Calendar?
My organization uses the calendar on your website to post events which we host in an online setting. Because of this, these are the only events we want to see on our Calendar. I have disabled everything I can find having to do with Birthdays, however this has not been enough. We still get a highlighted box on our Calendar widget on a user's birthday, and this day is highlighted on the main calendar.
Our website: www.driversports.org
There's a lot of CSS work left to be done on the Calendar, I know, the theme we installed seemed to leave out the skinning for a lot of features and I am no code expert. But all that aside; please help me to get these Birthdays off our calendar.

Have you turned it off here:
Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Users Options
Allow birthday management : No

Yep, that's been turned off since we started the forums. I've also disabled the Birthday field entirely from the User Profile configuration screen; yet Birthdays are still highlighted in the mini-calendar by that orange square.

Ok. Remove the image:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
Advanced Mode
Mini-Icons Tab
Birthday of a member (calendar) :
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management

Unfortunately that doesn't solve our issue either. On our main page, you'll see the mini-calendar on the left hand side. Each date with an event on it is 'highlighted' in orange. Those dates are also hyperlinks to an 'Agenda' page, here: http://www.driversports.org/calendar_scheduler.forum?d=1331190000&mode=&start=0
Member's birthdays are turning dates in to hyperlinks, and highlighting them in the mini-calendar, despite the fact that if you click on those links, there is actually nothing listed on that day.
Click on the 7th and 8th, you'll notice that they have nothing scheduled. Those dates coincide with birthdays of members when they set up their accounts. If you click March 3rd, you'll see one of our events. What I can't seem to do is remove the mini-calendar highlighting for those Birthdays which are no longer displayed. If I delete an event from the calendar, the highlight goes away, as does the link. Birthdays are, for some reason, far more difficult.
Is it possible to purge the Calendar of all events? If so, how would I go about doing that?

All I see highlighted is the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. The 7th and 8th are not clickable.
Try clearing your browser cache: http://help.forumotion.com/t22597-how-to-clear-the-cache-in-firefox-internet-explore-chrome

Didn't work either, it's a process I'm familiar with and usually the first place I'd go but for that all of us see it that way.
However, it did give me an idea. I logged out: And presto, no more annoying Birthday links. So, what's happened is that since I made the change so that only Admins see the Birthdays, now only those of us who are Staff are seeing them. Which is slightly less annoying. It doesn't appear that I can get rid of them entirely, without, I suspect, going through everyone's profile and manually deleting their birthdate and then turning the birthday field back off...
