Can't Register on DionDesigns

I know this isn't strictly forumotion but it is do to with foumotion help so I'll post this here:

I am trying to register on www.diondesigns.org but it doesn't let me, it says: Administrators have forbidden any new members.

How can I login, or get an account or contact DionDesigns or something?

I would like an account on the site because it looks like a really interested site and I have been looking around similar sites like avacweb and fmquery. I am enjoying reading these sites and playing around with the codes especially js.

the dion design forum is closed for new member because the owner just want active member in that forum ..just it that i know
