PM's from Guests

Hi I have been receiving PM's from guests that are trying to sell there services. my members can't PM until they have reached 15 post's so how can I stop guests from sending me PM's

Does these private messages from guests have [Contact] in their titles? If they do, then the guests are using the contact link in the footer links at the bottom of the page.

They are using the Contact link at the bottom of your forum. The contact forms will only go to the administrators of the forum. If you want, you can disable the contact link?

Administration Panel > General > Message & Emails > Emails and Contact Form
Activate Contact: No

Disabling it will also keep members or non-spammers who are having issues with the forum from contacting you.
