In progress A bad forum...

Post by Jellydonut on March 6th 2012, 12:50 am

Ok, so it's too long to explain on here, but there's this forum that has lots of bad posts about me and people I know. It only uses our screen names, but their still very rude and inappropriate. If I report the abuse on the forum, the admin will get it, and she's the one who's causing all the trouble. Who else can I contact about this forum? I'm fairly certain that they are breaking coppa laws and things like that.

Since the administrator appears to be causing the problem, you must take action, use Forumotion's litigation tool: http://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

Thanks
Will forumotion staff get it and be able to do something, if it's bad enough?

A reminder, the staff looks through Forumotion-hosted forums. If they find abuses that violate the TOS they will give you a time period to remove it, so I don't doubt that that forum will soon be closed/banned. Anyways, if I'm correct both the administrator and Forumotion staff will be notified. You might also try contacting Leeloo or MrMario about this, they may be able to handle it quicker, anytime you see a forum like the one you are trying to report, let the staff know, so they can do something about it. Very Happy

The reports are sent to the litigation team(not to us) and you won't get any message back from them once you reported a forum, the decision is their's to make if they see the forum breaking the TOS or not.
