How do I make a border gradient, make it fade in and out, and make it visible for firefox users? Second, how do I make text gradient for normal and hover, and make it visible for firefox users? Third how do I change the table body background and make the table forumline with gradient colors, and make it visible for firefox users.

Try putting the CSS codes provided by the gradient generator in <style> tags.
Either in an announcement or widget or something.
They won't work in your default CSS stylesheet.

What do you mean nevermind.
I said they won't work in the stylesheet but they will work if you use them inside style tags. lol.

HTML and Javascript wont work if you plan on having a skin changer and having a Blue gradient for skin 1, a Black gradient for skin 2, and a Red gradient for skin 3, trust me stuff just remains there permanently, like the Widgets.

Any ideas?

HTML and Javascript (and CSS) is exactly what you need for making a skin changer.

You need to set up your skin changer which sets a cookie, then depending on the cookie (the users chosen skin) you can write the correct CSS to the page with document.write()
