About icon "contact us"

How can i move the icon " contact us " from down of the main page to the top ??? Or how can i make another icon in the top of the main page ???

1. Administration Panel => Display => Homepage => Headers & Navigation => Nav links => Add a customized menu.

2. Administration Panel => Display => Pictures and colors => Colors => CSS Stylesheet => Add this:

Thanks ...But regarding (2) should i put in the code direct link for picture or just adding the code as it is ???

You can use https://2img.net/i/fa/empty.gif as image, if you won't a icon to Contact link.

It dose not work ...the code is not working ..

i added to css the code :

#page-footer a[href="https://i.servimg.com/u/f41/16/91/13/51/ousuuu10.jpg"]{display: none !important;}

Are you sure of the code ??? ... However i had to follow the first step and it works ...
